Life Is Sound events at Victoria Baths have consistently sold out, and combined with the presence of Helios in this breathtaking space, this special collaboration is expected to fill quickly.

This guided sound journey is designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, and return to a state of calm presence. Using live handpan, crystal bowls and layered ambient sound, the session invites you to lie back, close your eyes, and simply listen as sound moves through the space and your body.

Sound baths are known to support deep relaxation, mental clarity, emotional release and a sense of reconnection. Each session is intuitive and responsive, allowing the sound to gently unfold in harmony with the space, the artwork, and the collective energy in the room.

No experience is required. Just arrive, get comfortable, and allow the combination of sound and light to carry you into stillness.
