Kantos x Helios @ Victoria Baths

A trailblazing choir, an awe inspiring installation and an iconic building combine for a night of song and light.

Bathe in the warmth of the sun, where sound and sculpture meet for a dramatic and poignant performance inspired by our closest star. Experience Kantos’ stunning voices in the glow of Luke Jerram’s Helios, an epic spherical artwork of the sun. In the soaring acoustic of Victoria Baths, join us as we journey from the first glimmers of dawn to the deep glow of nightfall.

Voices will trace the sun’s arc across the sky, with the birdsong of David Matthews’ Dawn Chorus, and the bright heat of Ben Nobuto’s Sol; with the gentle rocking of Emili Sande’s Where I Sleep, and the transcendent minimalism of Meredith Monk’s Nightfall.

This is a once in a lifetime chance to see an extraordinary artwork and pioneering chorus together in a landmark space.

Don’t miss an experience that will resonate long after the final note ends

Doors will open at 6:30pm, giving ticket holders a chance to grab a drink at the bar, discover Helios as an artwork and explore the Baths before the performance.

Show starts at 7:30pm.

Please note: Valid Student ID is required for anyone purchasing a Student Ticket, please bring with you on the night.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
